What is our refund policy? We understand that unexpected events can happen and make you have to cancel the reservation. Before you cancel, review our refund policies in this article.
Refund policy
Once approved, we automatically issue a full refund when you cancel within 30 days based on the cancellation date. If the cancellation occurs 24 before arrival, the first night will be charged.

If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, note that it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
